What is an item request?

A request lets nearby thrift stores know you're looking for something specific. Stores in your area will see your request and respond if they have it.

How many requests can I have at once?

You can have up to 5 open requests at a time. Once a request expires or you close it, you can post a new one.

How long does a request stay open?

When posting a request you can choose how long it stays open — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Can I close a request early?

Yes! You can close any open request at any time from the request detail page.

How do I reserve an item?

When a store responds to your request or you find an item while browsing, tap Reserve to send a reservation request to the store.

What happens after I reserve?

The store will confirm or decline your reservation. Once confirmed you'll have 3 days to pick up the item.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes — you can cancel a pending reservation (before the store confirms) from the item detail page. Once confirmed, please contact the store directly.

What if I don't pick up in time?

If you miss your pickup window the store may mark it as a no-show, which will negatively affect your reputation score.

What is a reputation score?

Your reputation score reflects how reliable you are as a shopper. Stores trust shoppers with higher scores.

How do I earn or lose points?

What happens if my score gets too low?

If your score drops to -3 or below, your ability to reserve items will be temporarily suspended. Your score will recover automatically over time, or you can improve it by picking up reserved items.

Where can I see my score?

Your reputation score is visible on your Profile page.
